Good times are much harder to get over than bad times. We can usually manage, sooner or later to get over other people and events, but does anyone really get over themselves.

These songs reflect, thoughts, feelings, dreams, nightmares, realities and cover a 7 year period. This project has been the best, most enjoyable one I have ever worked on as an artist and I plan to keep recording until there is nothing more to say.

Never give up on your dreams, until you decide that you want to, but do not hang on to the past or you will miss out on the present and future. Putting your creativity up for all to experience is always a risk but an ever greater risk is not to do so. Changing can be hard but ultimately much easier than not changing when we have to.
